The organization referred to herein is the Contra Costa Mineral & Gem Society. The event referred to herein is the 2024 Contra Costa Mineral & Gem Show hosted by the organization. By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Safety Liability Policy: You understand that attending and participating in the event may involve certain risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being, including the safety and well-being of any minors or other person(s) you may be legally responsible for. The organization hosting the event is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the event. Participation at the event may include but not be limited to any activities, games, demonstrations, presentations, and the like. Photo Release Policy: You grant the organization permission to photograph and record your likeness during the event. These images and recordings may be used for promotional and marketing purposes. You waive any rights to compensation or royalties related to the use of these materials. No Refund Policy: All event fees are non-refundable. Tickets, registration fees, and anything else purchased from the organization in regard to or at this event are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or transfers once purchased. This includes but is not limited to admission tickets, activity tickets, merchandise and other items for sale by the organization, and the like. Personal Property Policy: The organization is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to all varieties of personal items and contents including but not limited to automotive-related property and contents during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings, including but not limited to any and all items purchased while at the event. Vendor Transaction Policy: The organization is not responsible for any monetary transactions or agreements made between third-party vendors and attendees. All such transactions are solely between the third-party vendor and the attendee. The organization is not responsible for any advertising or statements made by vendors or other third-party companies participating in the event. No Weapons Policy: No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises during the event. No Drugs and Alcohol Policy: No drugs and/or alcohol are allowed on the premises during the event. Right To Refuse Service Policy: Any person(s) found to display obscene or egregiously lewd behaviors or violate any of these policies will be asked to leave the premises immediately and no refunds will be issued. The organization reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion. By attending, all parties represented in your ticketed purchase confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
